Location Groups: Connecting to SaaS Configurator Price ID

By Client Success
March 7, 2024

UPDATE (11/7/25): HighLevel recently made changes on their end that affects consistency of using Price ID's. If a Price ID starts with "price_" then it should mostly work for Monthly and Annual prices. But if the Price ID does not start with "price_", then you will need to use the Plan ID instead. If you have been using Price IDs, nothing should change.

You can find the Plan ID by going into your SaaS Configurator and clicking "Edit Plan". Then look in the URL address bar to find and copy it. (See image below)

To create a Location Group based on your HighLevel SaaS Configurator plans, click the "Add SaaS Config" button.

You should now see a new row of fields with the yellow "SaaS" badge.

Enter the Plan ID you want to connect to this Location Group into the left-side box. You can leave the right-side box empty if you are using a Plan ID.

To add additional SAAS Plans (using Plan IDs or legacy Price IDs), add a new row by clicking the blue "Add SAAS Config" button. One Plan ID (or set of Price IDs) per row.

Click the blue "Save" button when you are done configuring your Location Group.

Now any new sub account attached to a SaaS Plan/Price IDs you've entered here will adopt any Location Group customizations you set up.
