Reasons a Menu Item or Button Doesn't Appear
Menu Target Not Available
When linking to internal menu items ("targets"), we check to make sure that menu item is available before adding it. If it is not available, we will gracefully not show the menu item. An example of this is if the logged in user does not have permissions to something, like reputations because it's been disabled in user settings.
Menu Anchor Not Available
We let you position menu items after HighLevel's native menu items. If the logged in user does not have permissions for the menu item we are anchoring to, it will not appear. In the screenshot below, it's anchored to calendars. Because the user does not have Appointments permissions, it will not appear.
