Debugging by Disabling the Customizer & CSS

Is it the Customizer, other custom code, High Level or Custom CSS?

If you have a something unexpected occurring inside of High Level and you suspect that it's coming from custom code, you can disable the Customizer and/or your Custom CSS one by one for just your own browser tab.

Before contacting High Level support, we suggest you do the following:

1. Disable the Customizer using the link below.

See if the problem still occurs. If so, submit your ticket with us.

2. Disable your Custom CSS using the link below.

See if the problem still occurs and your are using our CSS, submit your ticket with us.

3. Load HighLevel in an Incognito Browser

This will disable any chrome extensions you have that might be injecting custom code or CSS. It will also clear your cache.

4. Check Your Other Custom Code

If you are using custom code from another provider, try removing that, updating the company, refreshing the page. Then see if the problem still occurs.

These links only appear if you are using the GHL Customizer.
