Contact Buttons can be set to toggle a tag and show a different status and tooltip when the tag is there or not.
This is often used to trigger a workflow which then does stuff and adds other tags, etc.
If you check this new Check for Tag Changes it will check for changes and update the status of all other buttons.
Definitely a pro feature - we needed it for a buildout we were doing.
