Overview: Agency Management (Beta)

The Agency Management feature is a set of specialized tools that give HighLevel Agencies the power to effectively and efficiently manage their Agency's SaaS customers & their sub-accounts - all from within the Agency's own subaccount.

Important: You must be on the $497/month HighLevel SaaS Plan + plus the (Toolkit) Agency monthly plan or Full Toolkit Lifetime Member. If you are not on either of these Toolkit plans, we welcome you to upgrade your Toolkit membership.

The Agency Management (Beta) feature works in two parts:

  1. Agency Management Authentication

  • Free to install.

  • For installation at the Agency level.

  • Acts as a parent app to give the "Agency Management Workflow Actions" app (described below) the authentication it needs to manage the agency as a whole.

  1. Agency Management Workflow Actions

  • Requires a License/API key during installation (obtained from the Toolkit membership website).

  • Provides additional specialized agency management Workflow Actions.

  • For installation on 'master sub-accounts' that agencies use to operate their business & sell their SaaS plans from. (NOTE: Most agencies only have 1 'master sub-account' that they use.)
